Are you already feeling a little sluggish, demotivated, or foggy — and it’s only the start of the week?
Low energy doesn’t mean you’re behind.
It means your body is asking for support, not more pressure.
Before you push harder, try this simple oxygenation breathing exercise to bring clarity and energy back online.
🌬️ Why it works
This helps to:
✔ clear mental fog
✔ calm the nervous system
✔ improve focus & creativity
✔ restore energy — without caffeine
🧠 Try this (5 minutes):
1️⃣ Clear the nose
Breathe gently in and out through your nose.
Hold for 3–5 seconds, release, then return to light nasal breathing.
Repeat 5 times, resting 30–60 seconds between.
2️⃣ Walk + breathe
Walk while holding your breath for 15 paces, release and breathe nasally only.
Repeat 3 times.
3️⃣ Optional challenge
Increase the paces if comfortable.
You should recover calm nasal breathing within 1–6 breaths.
This is foundational training I use with professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs to support mental and physical performance under pressure.
